WHY PEOPLE ARE AFRAID TO TALK IN FRONT OF AUDIENCE

Our second semester in the university started this Monday, since it is the new semester,there are new courses as well.In one of those courses,there was a new professor who asked each of us to introduce ourselves.She asked,"Who wants to start first.no one did say anything except for one boy".Then she started choosing the students to introduce themselves.After all the introduction mess,she turned to us and told,"Why is everyone so shy about introducing oneself? Don't be shy.Just be proud of who you are.At that moment,idea came to my mind.Seriously,Why people are afraid to talk in front of audience? So I decided to make a research and share my results with all the steemians.

OK,first of all let's discuss why people afraid of talking.There are few points that people think about talking:
-All the people you are talking to can judge you badly
-You may feel like an idiot
-You ca be humiliated
-You may not be as good as others
-They may not like you
-They may not understand what you want to tell
You may get excited while you are talking but a little excitement keeps you awake and if you can manage to control your excitement you can take advantage of it.Furthermore,just stop thinking about yourself and your talk,just busy your mind something different,for example, look how the people dressed or how they react as you made your points.These are all the staffs that will relieve you while you talk or give a presentation to your audiences.
On the other hand,the thing is I cannot control my excitement or manage to busy my mind with something different as well.Whenever I come to the stage,my heart pounds like it will break my rib cage and come out of its place.I don't know how to control it.I am trying to learn it by reading too much posts about it but nothing helped till this time,but I came to a decision at the start of this semester which is I will not care what others think about me and if I make a mistake it is too normal because all the human-beings make mistake.We have no superiority towards each other.I will write a new post on the day I give presentation.Thank you for reading...
