To take decision is sometimes more crucial and critical. Think about the decisions of Presidents and Prime ministers of countries, how critical they are? Whole the nation have to bear and accept those decisions.
Sometimes decisions of Pilot of aeroplane are critical. Same way Surgeons and Doctors took very serious decisions.

Think hundred times? In my opinion, that's a weak idealist quote. In real life most of the time we don't have time to think 100 times when making decisions... so, no thank you.
