I done did it

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

If you read my first post, which I strongly suggest you should, you'll understand that I am just a person trying to come to terms with who I should be. Three months ago I was at working at a mortgage company where I was really unhappy. My commute to work constantly took over an hour traffic was horrific. But on some days I would look up and look at the airplanes getting ready to depart to all parts of the world. This was the only sense of happiness I had connected in any way to work.

At work I would look at excel lists all day and make sure the info in our software would match. Hours and hours of work like this. The work in itself was not stressful but there were so many factors that caused constant stress to my system. Micromanagement, the constant harassment of what are you doing was uncalled for and indubitably a constant strive in my demeanor. Co-workers don't show up and now I along with very few others are tasked with doing not only our work but the work left by others. I was dying inside. That's a pretty harsh thing to say but it was the truth. I could not be myself and continue in a place like this.

It was in mid December that I decided to end things. I put in my two weeks notice and left that company. Not everything had been bad, but it sure heavily outweighed the good.
My focus sense this closure has solely been on cryptocurrency. My coins and tokens have continued to go up and up, save for a sea of red or two. I have continued my focus on hodling and trying to get coins that give me dividends. I'm excited but nervous I have so much I want to do but I have no way of actually doing a lot of it. Time to brainstorm.
