The biggest change of this experiment is that more influence (voting power) has been given to more 'normal' users. You basically can make a difference on the platform without haveing a ton of Steempower. My influence has increased more than 10 times since the experiment began. My vote on a post used to be 1 cent. now it's 10-12 cents.
