Why do you think we won't be able to earn steem with blogging, heard you say it a couple of times already but haven't heard the reason why. I'm really curious about this.

It will be harder to earn Steem in the future because more and more content creators will have to share a reward pool that is fixed.

Basically, there will be less STEEM to go around.

For payouts ($ sign next to your post), this does not have to be a problem as long as STEEM goes up in value.

Because:

4 x $3 STEEM = $12

1 x $12 STEEM = $12

The amount of STEEM tokens you get is just different.

Never thought of it that way, you are right + the burn method for account creation. Soon there will be no steem at all. When 100k new accounts get created and a couple of SMT projects snach up the needed steem to operate.

We must be fast to stack then :)

Yes, i would say markets are recovering very well, and Steem is going to start its bull run before the end of this month as "APPICS" - The first public ICO and SMT on Steem Blockchain will going launch on March 28, 2018. Future looks exciting indeed!

Hope you enjoy your sidetracked few days away from watching Cryptocurrencies so currently.

One of the reasons I don't use the other apps too much is that my followers expect more than a photo plus sentence from Steepshot, for example. I would be great if there was some way of using Steepshot but not have it show up in my Steemit feed.

I hope at some time in the future these other apps will be separated and we will have that choice.

For now, Steemit.com will show everything that happens under your name on the blockchain. Other apps can't influence this.

It does work the other way though! d.tube content won't show in steepshot for instance.

If you look at the last weeks, indeed the crypto get's stable again but though with some losses (although, what is a loss compared to many values of coins). But it is nice to see that the market is setteling down. As far as the mice concerned... My wife gave me the assignment to investigate our house.. Our neighbours caught 3 mices at the attic behind the wooden board...I don't believe that their attic is completly closed from hours through airholes and stuf, so perhaps we have some company also :) ... Have a nice catch !!

We had a mice probably about a month or two ago for about 3-4 weeks (a month). It was a nervous trip to the kitchen late at night when you wanted a glass of water. You wouldn't know if a rat/mouse would be running back to its hole and scaring the hell out of you! We hope you get that sorted!
On the other note, markets are just doing their thing, so let them do their thing. :)

Build some "humane traps" it is more fun and you don't have to kill them. That is what I do. There also cheap very good humane traps for sale. But it is more fun to design them and build them and put a webcam with movement detection and see how they work. Rats in particular are very intelligent and social. I had them as pets. They are amazing. I can't kill animals..... Mmmmm except mosquitoes and ticks.

The thing is the rise of bitcoin seems to affect SBD quite very little, unlike in the days it was spiking, I hope SBD can go up soon, however you're right it's the best time to do something with the low rates

Unfortunately the markets stabilized too far away from the $12K resistance line, so we don´t have a chance to break it without major news. That said, we won't see a new rally upwards soon...
I was wondering if USDT Tether can be considered an asset of refuge within crypto world, because it is very stable and usually goes the opposite way of BTC, but with very small volatility.
