Not only does aloe soothe your skin after spending too much time in the sun, but it is also healthy for your hair and aids digestion.
Aloe juice is alkaline and helps balance your pH level. The juice also aids with digestion and helps with regular bowel movements.
Because aloe contains zinc, it helps give your immune system a little boost.
Those are just a few of the ways in which aloe can be beneficial to your health. Now, I am no physician so I suggest doing some of your own research and knowing your body before you try using aloe in ways you have not done in the past.
