How does one overcome the feeling of being lost?

If you are feeling lost, you are feeling like you are lacking in something. Start writing down what it is you are lacking. If you can't identify what you are lacking, start with identifying the things that you seem unsure of or feel wrong.

  • spend some time focusing on introspection. Listen to music, go for a walk, journal, whatever helps you clear your head. Do it every day.

Ask yourself if you can view your dilemma from another perspective. Pretend you are a stranger and imagine what you would think, how you would judge, what you would and would not say to yourself.
