Many people seek to work for Google, therefore, through the "hands" of their HR (Human resources - HR, roughly speaking) there are flows of candidates. For two years, they conducted more than 200 interviews with Google employees, conducted a study where they noted their behavior and work. Analyzing the result, they were able to identify the main qualities that are inherent in successful employees in those departments:
Psychological safety - such employees risk no doubt and confusion.
Reliability - responsible employees who can be entrusted with a task that they will do qualitatively and at the right time. Such employees trust their colleagues.
Structuring - the employee and the department in which he works understands what he needs to do, why and why it is important.
Consciousness - employees understand that each of them is important and their contribution to the overall work.
Passion - employees like to work, they agree with the overall goal and the way the team works and therefore are put to work at full strength.
