BRAIN WELLNESS

We all know the power of the human mind, or at least we have a vague idea of the mental capacity to raise our self-esteem, just being able to achieve a change of mind or to face an adverse situation no matter what the problem.
In the same way that it acts for good, our mind can play tricks and harm our wellbeing in unimaginable ways, said this we can see how the human brain has the virtue of healing and the defect of being able to get sick, mentally or physically.
It is a bit contradictory to think that the same organ capable of becoming ill and healing is in charge of maintaining a constant balance to defend itself.

Basically what we try to do when fighting for this balance is to maintain a mental health that is able to face a negative situation without letting it affect us directly, after all it ends up being a battle of energy, decisions and thoughts that in a way or another will define the position and the consequence of such motive.
We are different human beings and with different capacities, leaving aside the numerical table of what could be an IQ or even the results of an emotional intelligence test, the different systems of defense and attack are very personal, and we can hardly live in our own flesh the feelings of a third party in relation to the problem that is tried to surpass.


Every thought, action, reasoning or specific situation can generate endless feelings that run through our millions of cells in a matter of seconds. A positive thought, a fun situation, or just doing something that we are passionate about promotes the segregation of serotonin in the body, a sense of wellbeing, and positive energy that flows through our body.
In the same way there are negative situations that turns us down, anger, resentment or a problem that overwhelms us in concern, and therefore our body reacts with the segregation of cortisol.
This encourages stress, and thus ends up unleashing a chain reaction or domino effect that can subsequently end in the somatization of physical diseases.
Being aware of this makes it kinda easy to perform a task of proposing a certain attitude when facing a certain problem that may end up avoiding a negative attitude.

It's not easy, and each of us with his own life experience witnessed the different causes that have led us to a situation that we could not deal with, but not everything happens because of a lack of knowledge, just as we do not have the same positive vibes day by day, or even the mental clarity to fight against this evil. However there are many activities, customs and routines that can change this aspect in a drastic way.


WORKOUT


Working out is one of the greatest keys to mental health, not only for exercising the body but also that it makes us segregate a lot of serotonin. The body not only eliminates physical toxins, but the brain also releases a great deal of stress. If we add to this an interest in what we are doing, if we practice a sport that we are passionate about or we simply have a continuos training in a physical activity our brain will be prepared in better shape when dealing with stress.


KNOWLEDGE


Knowledge in general is something that stimulates and motivates the brain to be active, reading a novel or studying a specific topic can make that stimulation be represented as a healthy activity for the mind.
Just being interested in something, doing research or adding ideas to our head could fill us with confidence and security when facing a problem or a difficult situation.
Although we could not experiment the same serotonin sensation in the body instantly, when dealing with a decisive battle we will be better prepared for that situation.


RELATIONSHIPS


Maybe one of the most powerful influences on ourselves is in those around us, the power of affection and love of loved ones has an action and reaction in our mind that can move mountains. In the same way toxic people have the power to manipulate our feelings if we let them. The key is to surround yourself with those you really want, and learn to keep people who are hurting us away. The power of a hug or just a tip can be crucial both directly and indirectly in our safety to take the next step.


BUSSY MIND


There is nothing that can harm us more than an idle mind, in the same way that a routine of physical exercise or reading can take our spirits up, a static mind and nothing to think about is our worst enemy.
Every day try to do what you like, what you really love, whether it is for a few minutes or the time it takes, relive your passions, activate the synapse by using the brain in activities that encourage us to get a happy state of mind.

The continuity and the sum of this kind of mental or physical activities can have a huge change in our entire being, either physical or mental quality of life that is obtained through a healthy mind is priceless.
The quality of life is not always available to each own, economically or labor often does not depend on us in its entirety, but through the application of inner wellbeing we can grow with greater potential of healingpower, a large part of whom we are, we do and how we feel depends on us, and in the same way that we have the ability to get sick, we are able to self-promote mental health and therefore physical as well.
