I also love being in control of my mind because it allows me to create the reality of the life I want to live. Sometimes it’s overwhelming because I end up thinking to much and overthinking can lead me to negative thoughts. Music is definitely a good way to let go of negative thoughts and to find inspiration and motivation to get back in alignment. Great post @vesito 😉
