PROCRASTINATION THE ENEMY YOU DON'T KNOW.
Procrastination as we all know is the act of delaying or postponing an urgent task or more pressing task for an easy and enjoyable one.

Procrastination is a bad habit which most of us have developed over time. At the initial procrastination seems as fun, until it starts eating you up,for some people it gets in between their education and jobs. Everyone is guilty of this vice not even I is an exception. Procrastination is a common threat to both personal and professional Productivity.
Many times procrastination is confused with laziness, these are two different things. Procrastination is an active process,you actually choose to do something else instead of what you're suppose to do. Laziness is inactiveness and unwillingness to act

#Know the reason why you re procrastinating.
The first step towards overcoming procrastination is to know the reason why you're procrastinating. There are somany reasons why people procrastinate this include lack of confidence,the composite nature of the task or merely lack of focus or interest. What ever the reason might be, being able to manage someone's time can help prevent the pessimistic consequences of procrastination .

#Adopt strategies that will help me fight procrastination.
Procrastination is a bad habit and it's fixed pattern of behavior is what you can't just stop over night, you need strategies,patience and commitment to be able to eradicate it.
1)Commit to the task.

This particular stage is what I call the decision stage..first step to stop any bad habit is the decision not to engage again. Now,Make decision that you're focusing on doing the task and not avoiding it.
- Make a To-do list.

Prepare a to-do list,this list will involve the list of tasks your going to be doing.. Don't make the task complex,try as much as possible to split the task into minor task because complexity of a task might sometimes lead to procrastination. Also, make sure the time frame is convenient.
- Prioritize your To-do list.

Prioritising your to-do list calls for arranging the task in the order of their importance.. For instance I use letter system to prioritise my task. I use letter A to rank the most important task on the list and the subsequent tasks are labelled according to their level of importance.
Procrastination when not handled can create a bad impression of who you're.
Let's join hands to fight this vice that is trying to reduce our human worth.
