I missed up big time this week.
It started this Monday already when I was going to play squash with my girlfriend. After I did beat her roughly 100 times in a row I promised here all you can eat sushi if she would win one time. So obviously just when I started my diet she did win a match.
Now I love sushi and I can eat. A lot. Obviously you can argue that I could just have eaten 1500 kcal at that dinner, but if you put me in a restaurant like this it is hard for me to control myself. The next day I did stick reasonably well to my diet and Wednesday I had a birthday party where I messed up too. I often have this all or nothing mentality which got a lot better the last year but it is still there. It got a lot better doing meditation and so on but it is still not where I want it to be.

I realize this week is not over yet but I just wanted to write this down so I can go back on track. Posting on Sunday did not feel right since I wanted to start ''fresh'' for my new post. I wanted to let you guys know that I think this is part of the journey sometimes. I had 3 good workouts this week and I am still looking forward to this journey. Thanks for reading.
