Instead of making a list of things that you wish will happen in 2017, try this instead:
What is the one good habit that you want to start?
and
What is the one bad habit that you want to stop?
Really spend some time thinking about this. While setting goals for ourselves is good, the only way we can achieve them is through action. And what actions do we do the most?
Habits.
Our habits will determine whether or not we will be successful in reaching our goals. Create good habits and eliminate bad habits and all your goals will begin to fall into place automatically.
Start with your most important goal. What's the one habit that you need to achieve this goal? What's the one habit you currently have that, up until now, has prevented you from achieve this goal?
They say it only takes 21 days to make or break a habit. By repeating this process every month and you can finish 2017 with 12 new good habits created and 12 bad habits eliminated.
I don't know if you can imagine how awesome your life will be at the end of 2017, but doing this process will guarantee amazing growth!
