A re-Trip 🚙 to Cape Palliser 🇳🇿

This weekend we went road-tripping to Cape Palliser!

For me, it was not the first time, but it's always relaxing to re-visit the place and have fun with newcomers that taste for the first time New Zealand scenery, wild life and the 200+ steps to the lighthouse!

In New Zealand, you also enjoy the days more because of the weather! When it likes you... which was the case yesterday, you feel some extra motivation enjoying the day.

First stop... lunch on the way there.

These are what wash-ups do to nature... I always like this bit,
makes me feel I changed to a completely different world for a couple of meters.

Then we get to say "Hi" to the seals...

We were inside the car... but they are usually not agressive.

And there we are! Ready?

I can run up to a bit more than half way and then I need to rest, but the fun part is watching others...

And once we reach the top... Hello Lighthouse!

Then back to Wellington for some deserved rest... Cheers!
