Bureaucracy, go step on a lego!

Right now, I am kind of irritated. Pissed off actually.
This is the feeling I have every month when I have to do some paper work for "the sake of bureaucracy".

It's that time of the month when I should fill some production reports, calculate some losses, doing the inventory and so on. I just wanna bake and make people happy! I don't want to fill all these unnecessary (from my point of view) documents.
You f**** idiots who thought it would be fine to have all the papers in the whole world.

I know about the bureaucracy in Romania, my mother also has a business in food industry. But I never knew about the amount of it.
In this case, ignorance is bliss. Maybe, if I would have known, I'd never started my business.
After all, it's just one day and night of a month.
Actually, no, it's a everyday battle with the system.

Though my accountant is very good and tries to make my work easier, it's very difficult for me to accept this. I am thinking: Instead of doing these papers for several hours (a lot), I would have spent this time networking, promoting, thinking of new ways for development. But no, I'm here, stuck with them.

Hopefully, not forever! I know: a solution would be to hire somebody for this kind of things. Yes! For the moment, I can't afford.

At least, I have my brownie, the best in town, to indulge myself.
How do you deal with bureaucracy?

I have to do taxes every three months. Luckily as a designer only without to much stuff, investments etc it's quite simple and I'm able to do it online.

Everything is simple in Berlin/Amsterdam. Here, it’s another story. :(

Aah, nothing is always simple though!
