Happiness Mantra - Love And Be Loved..!!

To live each day with utmost enthusiasm and energy, one should remain happy all the time no matter how much life sucks. To remain happy and cheerful, one should go for one and only one happiness mantra and that is "Love And Be Loved." Love can come in any form. It's not only lovers in a relationship. Love can be between anybody. It can be between mother and daughter, mother and son, father and son, sister and brother, brother and brother and between many other relationships.

Firstly, we should learn the art of love. Loving heals like no other. Hatred inhales several problems but loving others help us out in many ways. If we spread love or love others unconditionally, there are chances that the other persons will too inhale the pure emotions and move ahead with all the love. Secondly, we should accept love in any form. We should not discriminate for rich and poor, caste and color, religion or any other. We should acquire love from the people, in short, we should be loved.

Be The Reason For Someone's Happiness

The first, foremost and the easiest way to spread happiness all around is "be the reason for someone's smile." If you will make the other people happy, you definitely have your way there. Making someone happy with your little efforts take no much. Tell people you love them and you want them in your life all the way around. Open up to love as soon as you get a chance to. You should try to listen to people when they have a lot to say. And when it's your turn to speak, the sympathy words that come out of your mouth should smoothen and calm down the listening ears.

Always Be Ready To Help Others And Be Kind To People

One should always be kind to people. One must be able enough to understand their pain and do not make fun of them. One should be kind enough to pass compliments to people when they look pretty, succeed good in their careers, promoted to higher classes, got engaged or any others. You never know what your single word of appreciation can do to a person.

Also, one should always be ready to help others in any possible way he/she can. Remember that when one seek help from you, it's not because you are strong or you have more power and more money, it's only because God wants you to help them. God has chosen you among the millions and billions of people to save someone's life from getting all extinct in every way. Always remember that.

Try To See Your Reflection In Other People

We should never forget that we all are children of one God. We all are same with different destinies, different life cycles, different lifestyles, different families, different societies, different religion and different culture. But in the end, we all are same. So, we should try to see our reflection in other people. So, again one should not discriminate and treat every other person as one. I remember what my father says from the time I was small, he says that with love one can conquer anything and any other person in the world.

Do Not Ever Expect Anything In Return From The People

You guys must have also heard that expectations always hurt. One should never expect anything from anyone for this particular reason. You love someone with all your heart, and when you do not get the given love back, you start feeling low. But people should realize that if we genuinely love someone from the soul, then all we want is their happiness and nothing else. If we need back the given love, we are definitely not in love.

People should master the art of giving without feeling the need to receive something in return. The art of giving not always involve the use of much money. We can help people in many other forms like we can be present beside them in the tough time of their life, we can send beautiful flowers to the patient, we can pray for people, we can feed them with our kind words, we can motivate them to move ahead and this goes on. There are a million and billion of ways through which we can help others and spread love all around.

At last, I would just love to say that there is no such therapy in the world as love. You people must have faced this thing a lot many times in life that when we are surrounded by people, when we are loved by people and when we spread love all around, our life seems to get all sorted out. Our problems by default find their way and there is no such thing as sadness, disappointment, and helplessness left in our life. So, everyone out there should adopt this happiness mantra that we should always love and be loved.
