Eco-tourism!! Eco-tourism is a really large concept if we have to understand it thoroughly. Eco-tourism and tourism are not at all the same. Tourism refers to traveling different places across the globe and learning something new each time. And when we talk about the term "Eco-tourism", we come to a new conclusion. Let me first give a simple and sweet definition to the term. "Eco-tourism" refers to the tourism to the undisturbed natural areas where nature is not destroyed in any way by the human form.

It refers to traveling the places and contributing to the freshness and calmness of the place. It also involves responsible traveling to the natural areas where the individual has to put a significant effort to conserve the environment and also improvising the prosperity and welfare of the local beings. It has many other motives which include providing education to the traveler, providing funds to help conserve the natural areas, to help the local beings of the place in their economic and political empowerment, encouraging respect for various cultures and also for the rights of the human.

As I mentioned above too that the Eco-tourism is not a small concept. The more we'll go to deeps, the better outlook we'll perceive. There are many more things to learn on Eco-tourism which is stated in my blog below. Here are the points, have a look and if you also know something on Eco-tourism let me know, I'll overwhelmingly wait for the comments and response of you all.

1. If you really want to connect yourself to nature and to the environment, go and meet the local people of the conserved natural areas and learn thoroughly about their lifestyle and hub-hub of life.

I don't think many of us have lived a village life among the pristine beauty of nature. I am not wrong guys, right?? But, almost all of us have visited a village once or twice in our lifetime. So, let me tell you all my experience on visiting my village. We were traveling by car, and through the journey, all I saw was farms everywhere in and around, long trees, long flowering plants, more shade for the travelers, and a mesmerizing wetness in the weather in spite of the summer season. And this was all clearly because of nature.

So, once in a while, if one is fond of travelling and exploring the places in roots, he should surely go to the undisturbed natural areas, meet the local people, know about their cultures and lifestyles, know about how they live and make their lives a happy living, what they now need from life if we can help them someway or the other, how they protect the natural areas and the environment and many more other questions securing relevant amount of curiosities.

2. All about the Eco-tourism in India. Let's explore all the places in India supporting and enhancing the concept of Eco-tourism.

India! When talking about India, it becomes understood that the place is bombarded with the religious, spiritual and scenic vibes. Isn't it? There are many places in India to tour when on Eco-tourism. Let us talk about those places. The Eco-tourism destinations in India include Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, Kerala Backwaters. Other places include the Uttarakhand, Pithoragarh, Munsiyari, in the Himalayan regions. In these places, local people arrange every possible facility for the tourists. In India, there are fifty tiger reserves when we talk about the wildlife.

Going towards the North-East side of India, this side of India is remarkably beautiful. And the natural areas are in plenty there. You just need the proper amount of time and you'll get tired visiting the unstoppable beautiful places. North-East of India possess a totally different culture and lifestyle. In the conserved natural areas of North-East, there is no human interference of any sort. Also, the forests are quite different as compared to the other places.

3. Important Points To Look Into When One Goes For Eco-tourism. Your look into the little things can be quite big for some people, for say the local inhabitants of the place.

Okay, let me elaborate it for you all. Our purpose on Eco-travel is not only limited to traveling as we all already know it now. Isn't it? So, when one goes to a place with the motive of Eco-traveling, he must look into some few and simple things. While visiting any national park or wildlife sanctuary one must not only search for particular animals for say the tiger or the lion or any other, but he should be curious enough to know the whole mystery behind the door. I mean to say, he must also look for the birds, deer, reindeer, sambhar, and various other flora and fauna.

Feel the entire environment of the place. Feel the fragrance of the place. If you are in need of something, buy it from the local inhabitants of the place. As I mentioned it in my point below. Your look into the little things can be quite big for some people. Local people depend on the good income they earn from the tourists. So, what's the issue if we can help to put a genuine smile on someone's face?

At last, I would just love to say that conserving nature is our responsibility. What most people do is, they create a mess to the places they go to travel and then come back. Some sources rightly say that humans are only responsible for the destruction of nature. Eco-tourism is largely connected with the protection of nature and the environment. We humans in spite of heavily educated perform the unbelievable activities. It's high time for all of us to realize the importance of nature in our life. Nature is something which is holding all of us together to date. If it'll get all vanish, we'll too vanish along with it.
