The most stupid purchases you have ever made ( Part 1 Sadly..)

in life •  8 years ago

Over the last few days I was going over some of my receipts and started to think about some of the stupidest purchases I ever made over the last few years. Here is a compilation of these things .

#4 2015 BMW M4

COST: $97,700 CANADAIN

(Sorry when I sold this I also had to give the guy the original invoice, nevertheless I ended up selling it for $70,000 less than 13 months latter) Talk about a $30,000 hit. Never buy a BMW new, unless you are not planning to sell it ever.

#5 BC BLONDES GROW LIGHT

What would you do with the money if you had it still? And did you get any use out of the "stupid" purchases? I dropped a couple grand on MTG cards recently--regret it!

I got some minor entertainment value. But certainly not enough to warrant the amount I spent. If I had the money I would either put it down on my mortgage or If I had the chance to go back in time, I would put it all in ether. Sadly, I would have tens of million of dollars if I did that. Sorry to hear about your regretful purchase, at least you only have one. I can probably make 10 more posts on this subject.

that is an expensive projector, my golly!

sadly I have another one now I bought in March that was $4500 - these things are not cheap

wowzers. we have a ViewSonic PJD7820HD 3200 . only cost us $500 and it's been a fantastic projector. they're all different, though, of course.

Each to there own. I have this stupid obsession about trying to have the best of everything
