5 cups spinach
1 cup milk
1 onion chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 chopped celery stalk
4 cup chicken broth
2 large carrots chopped
300 g fresh cooked mushrooms
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
350 g condensed condensed milk
How to prepare
Mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, garlic and spices.
Add the broth, and cover the dish until boiling on medium heat.
Add condensed milk, pasta and starch after dissolving with water, and cover the bowl.
Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes to become a thick sauce, soft noodles.
Add the spinach, cover the pot and cook for another 5-10 minutes until spinach is cooked.
