A bomb-blast at the age of 13 took away the hands of Malvika Iyer, and left her scarred for life, but that did not stop her from inspiring lives.
Malvika did not despair. Instead, she faced all challenges head-first, overcoming obstacles, and inspiring millions along the way.
Where there is a will there is a way. This lady has proven it that these physical disabilities can be easily overcome through determination.
I truly hats off to your determinism and willingness to accept the challenge and then move forward and be successful. Now you are motivational for many !
She truly shows how one can turn it around to make the incident and the memory part of a larger purpose in life.
Today, she is an international motivational speaker, a P.Hd holder in social work, a TEDx speaker, bi-lateral amputee, disability rights activist, model for accessible fashion, and a global emerging leader.
In today's world when we keep complaining and giving silly reasons for not leading life properly you are an exception. God bless you to continue inspiring others. Our respects and salutation to your will power.
We should learn from her story and explore opportunities in an adverse circumstances.
Never ever give up!
Our big break could come the next day!

She really is inspiring! It would have been easy for her to feel sorry for herself, because losing your hands has to be one of the worst handicaps there is - and she was only 13 at the time, which is a difficult age for a girl, anyway! I wonder what influences she had in her life at that time that helped her to overcome? I'd really like to know.

Wow this is really inspiring and motivating. She teaches us to never give up. There is a saying " where there is a will, there is a way". Similarly, if you are determined no one can stop you.
