Maybe this stuff can be of more use with storms or a tsunami and help people escape or be rescued. Cool video though!

Loads of this stuff in Thailand used at nearly all places as a floating dock and floating walkways in aonang the waves where really bad was funny watching people walk down it..

    dont know much about surfing but it looks cool and i defo feel it can be used for helping poeple too!!
