Yeah... The best way to quit is to just decide that you are going to.

Of course, nowadays, if you kinda wanna quit, having the option to vape makes it hella easy comparatively.

      Well, it's not smoking, so no cancer, and less smell. But if they wanna quit fully, they have to use the vape to quit completely, like a crutch.
