Hello @geetharao Ma'am I hope you're doing good.
I am a small towner precisely from Jamugurihat Assam , it is in the middle of nowhere .I come from a middle class family and have dreams that I want to conquer.
It was in class 10 I remember my English teacher whose name is Mrs Enku Hazarika who was everyone's constant motivator .I lagged in most of my subjects and was also insulted many a times for the same. She was also our class teacher, and knew my dillema .She came and said to me that "every single thing that has brought you down will one day work in favour of you".Not only this just prior 28 days before my 10th board exams I lost my beloved biological sister (some may think I have made this up but I can post pictures of her hanged picture if required). So, what next I saw the sky falling on my family, my mother fainted we couldn't muster up courage to get through that phase. It was 8 day past all the rituals she came to me and said something that is still etched in my mind. The words were,"see devasish I know hard times come but you aren't alone be strong to support your family, see their pain make that your motivation and work hard to shower some rain on their agony.
20 days left in my hands and all I could do was hardwork and I did my best. And after 2months of long wait the results were declared and I scored a decent 8.8 CGPA(83.6%) My father expected more but given the circumstances I delivered my best.
So, my teacher has influenced me and my friends in the best possible way she could.

Hi dear @devasish... This comment you should have written in my earlier contest!! When I asked you to write a bit about your favorite Teacher!!!.
But anyways, it is great to hear from you that you could score good marks even after so many hardships... All the best to you...

Thank you @geetharao Ma'am .And this is the first time I got to know that you also hold contests .So, as per the guidelines I wrote about my favourite person apart from my kins.Does that mean that my comment is disqualified??

No @devasish... I will be considering it for sure! Ok?

Yeah sure Ma'am .The day my sister left .My mother has never been recovered thought she wears a smile for us but even we know the pain is there. And am planning to gift her something with my first good payout.Hope that happens.

At a time when i thought i was going to have to take a year leave of absence from school just because i was cheated and my school fees and pocket money were gone for the session. An angel by name Blessing came into my life. I never told anyone of my financial issue but somehow she knew and gave me the money for my school fees. She did not stop there, she gave me food and money till i could stand on my feet. I owe her my final year success. Without her, it won't have been possible. She changed my attitude towards giving, helping me to be sensitive to those around me that may need my help. She is my role model in the art of giving.

Hello @geetharao this is my entry:

Her name is Nancy Malave

She is a great person, a woman of mature age, friendly, cheerful, profecional, wise. It was a point of graduating from college and it was a myriad of internships (boss) I had no experience, I had never worked before I was even younger and novice.
She helped me enormously and I addressed myself and had a lot of patience in my head, the question was a lot, and at a certain moment I realized that I would annoy her, but on the contrary I received her support, love and advice.
shortly after, they offered me a job there, I liked my development, but I was afraid to accept and it was a lot of responsibility for me, the council asked and I said I was not going to accept, he told me to take advantage the opportunities. Nancy learned to be braver, and not to be afraid of new things.

I enjoyed my middle school, I truly did. In any case, my bus driver sucked. James was a crotchety old offspring of the devil, and getting picked up by him each morning aggravated school too. So imagine my unexpected when, for 3 weeks of James being on the sick bed, I got another person. A man in his 30's, wearing a tie&dyed shirt, playing Drove Airship on the radio.

Pete always joke with everything. It took every one of us students a while to get used to him, particularly with how unique he was from James. In any case, once we did… .well, Pete was the best part of the day. Fearing school and the son of a bitch that took us there turned into an early morning party with the coolest bus driver ever. Pete memorised every one of our names, and welcomed us every morning with a high five. He told us jokes that were entirely amusing, and he wasn't hesitant to cuss around us kids. We each felt like Pete was our closest companion, and when we got to our class, smiles were all over our faces. Happy for school, and taking a look at the world from another view.

Pete was a bus driver from a different school area, so he returned to his old school when James showed signs of improvement. However, I'll always remember those 3 weeks. Pete made us smile and happy, and it improved everything.

My congratulations to all the winners.
And this is a great contest series you started, @geetharao.
It makes people think of themselves and their values. You are awesome ! :)

Yes @nehab... If I offer prizes in SBD, then people just think of only winning!. Here the winners are bound to write good posts for a week again and of course for which I am upvoting too... :)

Yes ! That is really good ! It brings good content . You are showing steemians the path to creating good content :)

I am from Hyderabad, india i was best student in the class in 6th standard after couple of years i found my self in difficult place later on i did not clear my 10th exams too.

Then Robert our maths teacher has noticed my raw talent and he said you are having amazing talent in maths so he said you need to concentrate in other subjects

Funny is that i failed in my mother langvage in 10th later on i realized its nothing the passion towards maths had made to pass in 10th second time.

Later on i never looked back as i completed my b.tech and m.tech from IIT Bombay.one thing i need to share with you.you need not be best in all subjects its enough if you are a master in one subject.

dancing on the track of a nightclub I saw a very cheerful and friendly girl, as I approached the crowd that did not let me walk I could see her joy and as she enjoyed the moment, I took a while to notice that she was missing a leg, I knew her that day, she became my friend, a fatal accident caused that loss at age 8, even so, she is the happiest person I know, lives her life to the fullest and always walks in a good mood, thanks cristina for teaching me to be positive in my life and not be so bitter, his joy invaded my heart and since then I look for the positive in all things

I was in 10th class a girl came in my life she was guest of neighbour her name was Maria, she told me the meaning of life, she gave me hope because due to lack of resources I was upset to continue my study but from few years ago she is not in my life & I will always remember her.😞

Hello @geetharao this is my entry:
I was bored one night and I thought about entertaining myself by chatting online, then I clicked with a woman who apparently was attracted to my conversation. After that a couple of weeks we kept sending messages and then we decided to meet, we were in the park, it was very cute was called Katery, we ate ice cream and went around the park told me that his father was very strict and that she had escaped to know me, one day in high school came the math teacher who was very upset with me because I had broken the matter, and was repressing me when Kateryn arrived at the classroom and the teacher told us very proud, sorry she is my daughter and is leaving the country because he has a scholarship abroad to study. She saw me and what it was like to move her head and left, She was very special to me during that two weeks we met secretly.

Hello @geetharao this is my entry:
I met Max chatting on the Internet, and after a while of talks we decided to meet personally. I travel from the city where I lived to mine, the meeting was a success. I found a nice guy, divine and intelligent, we had a chemistry from the beginning and we had a great time. We took advantage of the day of his visit talking about our tastes not having fun to give everything, we went to the park to the cinema and the disc, when we were back home he wanted to enter my house and I said no, we were meeting him in That moment he gave me a kiss and said goodbye to me and from there I did not see him again. He was a special person for a day.

Joshua and I weren't the best of friends. We kept running with various group. However, he knew I love fan-youghurt and mehn! did he deliver. We sat alongside each other in Mrs. Jimoh's class, and each Friday morning he would slip some into my hand. Joshua would always smile his silly smile and reveal to me that it was an "end of the week treat."

For right about seven months worth of Fridays, despite the fact that we weren't even that close, I had a modest bunch of fan-youghurts to take. Also, it was splendid. I told my mother, and towards the end of the year she gave me few bucks to buy Joshua a gigantic pack of fan-youghurts. You ought to have seen the expression all over his face when I gave it to him on the last day of school. Joshua moved to a new school after J.S.S 1. I never saw him again, however I will never forget Joshua as one of the cool kids ever.

Free fan-youghurt every Friday? That's heaven. lol

Hello @geetharao this is my entry:
As I miss those times when Juan, my unconditional friend, one night I decided to control a girl, between us we drew a plan. When we got to the album I looked at the prettiest girl, and Juan approached her and started acting like a boor. I let go for a few minutes, and finally I approached and pretended I did not know him and told him to stop bothering her, He pretended that he was going to punch me but as I knew what was coming he dodged him and grabbed him by the arm and I took out the record, the girl was called Linda, very grateful, I approached her and she began to talk to me. We had an incredible night, I gave her my address and she gave me her address. From that moment we were inseparable but one day Linda appeared unexpected in my house and when I knocked on the door, but the one that was opened was Juan, she got so angry that she slapped me and I did not see her again, from that moment I told Juan never again to make a plan to meet a girl.

I remember the day I first met you.I could have known you for a week, a month or years and it still wouldn’t have made a difference. You still would have changed my life completely. I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am to have met such an amazing person, someone so caring, compassionate and loving. You showed me that I wasn’t just beautiful on the inside, but on the outside, too, which I found hard to believe some days. You made me want to be like you because, in my eyes, you were, and still are, the perfect role model.I don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t met you and I am a better person for that.
she is non other than "Tasnova Tarin"...

Thanks to her, underneath me for steemit. teach and guide me how to write, share pictures, how steemit works. Thanks to that, I can earn more income for my life and take care of my baby better. Thanks @ geetharao on your contest topic. It helped me to thank her more. to know her how you can, to her blog @hanggggbeeee. A girl energetic and enthusiastic. Lol I never said this about her 😊

an unforgettable person

Alicia was a babysitter who took care of me as a child, I was only 5 years old, I learned many things from her, what I remember most was that my mother always tied my braids on my shoes, but one day I was left alone with my nanny and my braids were loosened, and I did not tie them because I did not know how to do it, she saw me and told me to tie the braids on my shoes, and I told her I did not know how to do it and she showed me a song, and from there I learned to tie them even though I did not know her for a long time I always remember her because she taught me that and taught me more things to be independent.

Happy B'day M'am! Hope you have a great year :)

I met Nafeesa about four years ago, when i was just bored, and looking for someone to talk to. That conversation led to an exchange of numbers, and we chatted a lot. Talking with her, I found out her pure in heart she was, and was kind to everyone. For every cent she got, she gave at least half away. She did give away her full salary at times, and this left me baffled and upset often. Most times, i did rather get her the stuff I wanted her to get, than giving her the money. She was a devout Muslim and was faithful with abolution and praying 5 times a day. I think her faith had an impact on who she was. People often said how great a person I was, but here I was seeing something/a kind of person I had never seen before. Down the line, I did ask her out, and we went on to date for about 3 years. It's the best relationship I've ever had. We are no longer together, but we still speak often. (we spoke just yesterday). Even if we never spoke àgain, I learnt what it truly meant to be selfless and put others before ones self from her. I can say she made me a better person, and changed my life forever. <3

Wonderful to know this Thank you from my heart @geetharao, There were many wonderful stories. Congratulations to all and many thanks for each contest and for your motivations for each Steemiano. to express wonderful and unique experiences in your life.

One person who marked my life was a classmate from the university, Orlando, there was never really a deep friendship or anything like that. Worst there was something in his life that marked me, this person did not have any of his hands, he was born with this condition; however, at that time he was a student of accounting, he was already graduated as a lawyer, he practiced taekondo and he loves computers. That marked my life, since many of us limit ourselves to doing and fulfilling what our heart longs for. Those limitations are not even physical, but they are in our mind because we have allowed them to be there and hold us back.

Greetings @geetharao

RAFAELA, my dear friend, companion of studies, I frame my very particular life, I was very shy, introverted, she helped me to socialize, to share in groups, we were very united. After finishing high school each one took his course, we lost track for many years. Until one day I get it in the passenger terminal we are glad to see us summarize our lives, she went to the capital to look for results of her biopsy, I gave her my number to call me. Time passed and nothing to the month I found out by the newspaper that had died a week ago it was sad to find out so and not to be with her in her burial. QEPD friend. Never forget you.

Hello friend @geetharao
grateful once again for participating in this publication
It's interesting to be able to put something like that. Here they are: a few years ago, I met a beautiful girl in a classroom, she was very close, but when it came to answering, she responded with great wisdom. but I always asked questions and pointed. One day he said to me: Professor, you are racist. and I said no. and months later we asked her a question in the class and she knew how to respond and she saw me very happy. I told him: what was that? and she told me: it is that you asked me the same question and if I knew how to answer it. and I said: Did you notice why he repeated the same thing? I'm not racist, but I see people from far away when they want to learn and this is an important lesson, do not neglect the wonders that a person shows you with their impeccable and unique works. give the best of you and you will see these results as I saw it with this young woman in a class. This fills me with continuing to teach and teach, although not everyone has the patience of the young woman. She is @dianadvsalcedo. Now she is a great friend and dear sister. and professional graduate.

Here is my Entry.....
I once used to spend most of my times in playing video games, watching unproductive youtube videos, spending times in unproductive things but ever since i have watched this man who is maybe one of the most kindest man in the world by this i mean he has a youtube channel where he uploads videos that can surely change ones life as well as my bad habits too...in his videos he used to go straight to the poor people and donate money to those needy people who worked hard day n night to fullfill their empty stomach and to bulid a good future for their kids...he does all this only to motivate and inspire each of us and he litreally taught evryone that how we can be generous to each other to build the world a better place...so this is how it helped me instead of wasting time in silly things i spent my timw helping my mom in ktichen, instead of wasting money on fast foods i bought warm clothes for poor during winter , instead of throughing left over food at my home i gave it those needy, and let me tell you it was the best feeling ever i had...the blessing you receive from them is trult heavenly and its like blessing from God...
The person who changed me entirely was varun pruthi....you can check his videos on youtube...

Coincidentally, there is also a teacher who has crossed my university life and has influenced my life in the best way. He has gone through many diseases, which he has overcome with a good attitude. He is a person who tries to lead a very relaxed life despite everything he has lived. He always tells us that even though things get tough we can get ahead in these times of crisis. With his tranquility and way of accepting things, he has taught me that everything has a solution. His name is Jose Luis García. I owe him a lot of my scientific knowledge but above all the experiences of overcoming.

Thank you very much friend @geetharao!

It all happened in primary school when I and a girl were in a class. The girl was very brilliant than me and always comes first in class. The girl never give me a chance to pass by her because she never relented. My brother will always encourage me to try and challenge by taking first position. Still with all my hardwork, all came abortive. Until we got to primary four when I became extra ordinarily more serious and hard working. I passed the girl by high margin that year which will be one of the most memorable thing in my life. Many of the pupils congratulated me and she also came and told me "you are so stubborn boy, congratulations" I was more than happy that year. Thanks to @geetharao for allowing me to share this beautiful memory of that girl whose relentless effort helped me got to a higher level. Now I am now a medical student at University of ilorin, Nigeria.
