It has been nine years already but still I am insecure. Worst is I often stalk her facebook. Sounds crazy but it was one of hardest things I can't let go.
Insecurity started when my ex went out with her many times without my knowledge, when I read her text to him which says 'I love you', when she was always present in his events, and when he preferred her to ride in his car than me.
Isn't amazing? Well, I think so. I may sound like I can't get over with the past but - hey! Are we on the same page? Thinking if it is natural for a close friend to act such way?
Perhaps, I am just overreacting..till I read the blog of Jessica Booth entitled 8 Tips On How To Deal If Your Boyfriend’s Best Friend Is A Girl.
I was enlightened, then. Maybe, I am not really insecure. I just need an answer why he chose her as her close or bestfriend. What is in her?
We have different roles in people's lives. It depends how we deal them that made them like us. As for them, they might find the real meaning of frienship between them. And who am I to question or to hinder that.
But it is up to you to think if they are just merely close friends or more than that.
As for me...I gave up..I can't live in a world full of denial. For now, I am happy seeing her happy with him.
If you can't live with it, get OUT.
