Life is full of surprises, and we often experience ups and downs. Sometimes life is easy, but sometimes life can be very hard and difficult. We never know what will happen tomorrow. 

If you die today, and someone had to write your biography...what would they write?

Would they write about your achievements or would they write about the achievements of your children? Would they write about all your wonderful experiences or would they write about you and your boring life as a couch potato?

Does it all really matter?  

Oh yes, life definitely matters!  Have you ever sat and just watched people?  Often it looks like some of them have the weight of the world on their shoulders. These people have no hopes and dreams and they just exist, they are like dead flowers, and there is nothing uglier than a dead flower! 

A dead flower is lifeless....

                     

           

Sometimes we go through difficult things in life and we just feel totally worthless. You might feel like everything is too overwhelming and that you are drowning. It might feel as if you have lost your handle on your own life. 

We try and try, but there are just too many things that go wrong and we struggle to get back to our own self again. Often we fall into a deep depression and we land up in a deep dark hole with no way to get out. We feel negative about everything, and as we all know negativity attracts more negativity, and the vicious cycle just keeps on going and going, and later we need medication to drag ourselves out of the situation. Then we feel like half dead flowers... 

But have you ever seen what happens to a plant that is dying and you start nurturing it and give it sun and water?

The half dead flower, slowly starts getting back to health. It starts growing again and every single day it looks a little better until it is totally healthy, and can once again start blooming. 

Do you know why?

Because even though it was dying, the roots were still strong, and with a little tender love and care, it started growing again, because it had support.
