A lot of voicework will be synthesized text-to-speech. I can see that happening quite soon, as the tech is rapidly improving.

    Someday it'll just be about licensing a famous actors identity, and all the acting and voice work will be done by engineers and algorithms. I read they considered doing a digital version of an actor that had already died, in the latest Fast and Furious movie:
