Another day without buckwheat.
Cheese, grated carrots, dried fruit and ground nuts. The presence of easy cheese is necessary.Easy cheese is the one in which the minimum fat content. On the package it says "Easy".
About 11 o'clock in the afternoon, snack. There is a choice. Can grapefruit, Apple or kiwi.
Lunch preferably before 14 hours. Can chicken broth with a small amount of homemade noodles. Chicken breast or stuffed peppers. Chicken breast is preferable, trainer at stuffed pepper grumbled a bit.
