튼실한 허벅지를 자랑하는 나~~
평생함께 있네요
빠질만한데 안빠져요 ㅋㅋ
주말에 여주 갔더니 나이키 폭탄세일을 하더라구요
50프로 많게는 70프로 까지
저 운동복을 다 사졌어요
집에도 있는데 너무 많이사는거 같다고 했더니
마네킹을 보며 저런 허벅지 만들수 있다고
운동열심히 하라네요~~
정신없이 쇼핑하고 집에 와서 보니
멘붕~~
어떤운동할까? 고민하다
필라테스 결정~
네이버 검색해보니 저런 기구사용하던데
할수있을지
작년에 플라밍요가 했었는데 조금 무섭더라구요
필라테스 상담가봐야겠어요
하루 하루 미루면 안되겠죠
다이어트 평생 숙제죠 ㅎㅎ

일년정도 했는데 근력도 생기고, 제 몸의 안좋았던 부분은 재활도 되더라고요..
적극 강추합니다. 뱃살은 근데 아이를 둘 낳아서 그런지 쉽게 안빠져요.. ㅋㅋ
이건 유산소운동을 꼭 병행해야 하나봐요..
