This noise woke me up from a nice sleep in which i am dreaming of exploits and grounds to cover on steemit. To be like @papa-peper @blocktrades @kaylinart @kingscrown.

First what is 'Fire insurance'?
Fire insurance cover loss or damages to ones belongings/property by fire. It repairs, replace the property of beneficiaries in case of fire disaster on insured properties

4; the policy reimburse the policy holder on occurance of event. It may be by cash or reinstatement to original state.
5; One must pay premium in order to enjoy this policy.
6;policy holder won't be indemnify if the fire outbreak is his deliberate act.
CHARACTERISTICS OF FIRE INSURANCE
1; It is a contract of good faith
2; it is a contract of indemnity
3; Insurer is just liable to the actual value of damages suffered.
4; policy must cover properties which the insurer have an insurable interest on example; landlords- owners of buildings
5; no indemnity if the fire is cause by violent acts - war.
