I think it's hard because we tend to tip too far on each side of the scale: yes, it's okay to be thin, it's even okay to be "skinny", as long as you are able to maintain a halthy and productive lifestyle. And it's also okay to be big, as big as you please, as long as you aren't hindered in living a life that you love. Your health happiness are more important that what you think your body should be.
Mental health and social health are also considered in health and maintaining all standards in a good measure is what we can say a healthy person, not by judging their appearance <3
