I live my life as a fantasy. I dream of big goals and aspirations. My name is Grace, I'm a seventeen year old student living in the sunshine state... Florida. I'm graduating this year and I guess you could say my life has been a whirlwind of events and emotions. I want to share those emotions somehow. Tell my story to people who want to know. You may not know me... well you don't know me, but if you continue to read my stories, you will know me by the end of it. I like the idea of people knowing my name but not being able to recognize me in the everyday life. So heres my story, well a short part of it.
Lets start off with my 7th grade year. Middle school. Guess you could say that year was my "emo" phase. The shaggy hair, dark eyeliner, and quirky personality. I was bullied by these two girls who shall not be named. They made me feel horrible for who I was. I would wear this pink long sleeve shirt that I got from Aeropostale basically every other day. One of the girls even said, "I was going to wear that shirt today but then I remembered you were probably going to wear it." Her saying that made me feel pretty distraught, why was she like that? I just loved that shirt. My mom washed it everyday, so it wasn't like it smelled bad, but they obviously didn't see it like that. They probably thought that my family wasn't very wealthy, and that I only had a few shirts to wear, so they made fun of me for wearing my always washed pink long sleeve shirt. I felt like a no body in 7th grade, kids are cruel. Flash forward to today, one of the girls is trying to be my friend now, funny right? I obviously let it go because holding a grudge against someone is not how I like to live my life. I can say i was very thankful to have my best friend since 4 th grade be by my side no matter what. We always held each other up. Be nice to everyone even if they weren't nice to you. That was the one thing I remember from 7th grade, everything else was irrelevant. Thats the start of my story, I hope you come back for another part, but if not then that's quite alright.
