Life is in seasons
A time to live and time to die
But death always comes
When we least expected
When we want to hold on
To the precious soul of a loved one
That's when the battle is intense
But lost at times is also victory
Mum has been taken home
But her love lives on
The beautiful legacies she taught
All are invested in a new generation
Take heart brother
I know it's hard because I was there
I know the cold of sorrow
When a mother departs
But she didn't depart with it
The care and love she gave
The compassion and goodness
All she kept in you
With this let's move on
Your mum was a woman of valour
Take over from her brother
Be inspired, never be discouraged
The journey of life ahead
Demand strength and zeal
Let us try our best
While we see the days going
One day I shall leave here
So is you and everyone at their time
It's the way of life
Though we don't know but it's coming
May the Lord strengthen us all
To bear this lost
For we all lost her
May she rest in peace
