For climate change, we should not just plan -- we should do something quickly. -- We are getting close to losing all floating ice in the Arctic Sea and at the same time, we may lose millions of people in just one regular weather event like a hurricane. That could happen regularly -- and could start human extinction.

I think were beyond the doing something stage. Theres so much carbon dioxide in the cycle that even if we stopped everything today, it would still take 50 years to cycle through. Its a runaway train...
