Hello, dear friends!

This morning my husband gathered so many cherries (merries) in his sister's garden! And now we have a lot of cherries at home.
What shall we do with them?

I like cherry pies or compote, but not from sweer merries.

My daughter and husband like to eat it. But 10 kilos of cherry is too much for them!

P.S. Can you suggest me something?

Have a nice weekend!

And I go to the kitchen to help my family to consume merries)))

6 cherries in kirsch (and some of the kirsch from the jar or tin)

100ml cloudy apple juice

½ lemon , juiced

100ml vodka

50ml amaretto

1 egg white

ice

Method

  1. Take six shot glasses and drop a cherry into the bottom of each one along with a drizzle of the kirsch.

  2. Put all of the other ingredients, except for the ice, into a cocktail shaker and shake hard until frothy. You can also do this in a blender if that’s easier. Once frothy add the ice and shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels very cold. Double strain the mixture into a jug then carefully share the mixture out between the glasses.

Thanks a lot for the recipe! I think I'll try it some day) But it is too much alcohol in it, maybe I'll cook it for my guests

Good photos! (I love cherry pies ! ^_^)
