A group of Minnows can be referred to as a Shoal, a Swarm, and coincidental to this "Steem" platform, a group of minnows can also be called a "Steam". Of course the phonemic similarity is unintentional, or perhaps not; either way it works great for this project...

The sTeaming Minnows Project is not only to help Minnows sTeam up, and SteemUp, making more curation rewards, but also, a "school," if you will, for minnows to see and practice how the curation process works.

Instructions:
To Enroll in the sTeaming Minnows Project:

1. UpVote this Post
2. ReSteem this Post
3. Take ScreenCap of ReSteem(Make sure to show your username or profile pic)
4. Attach the ScreenCap into a Reply to this Post
5. UpVote Your Reply.

Once Enrolled other Steemians in the sTeaming Minnows Project should do the following:

1. UpVote ALL Replies to this post with a validated ScreenCap of ReSteem.
2. Within each ScreenCap comment reply with "UpVote" and @YourUserName (For example: " UpVote @gsusgod")
3. UpVote your Reply
4. UpVote ALL Replies(up to 5) within ScreenCap Comments.
5. Monitor and UpVote as more minnows join the school.

Notes:
You can take a screen cap of your ReSteem here or here - adding your @UserName to the end of the Link.
Focus on the number 5. Do not UpVote the same ScreenCap comment more than 5 times. Why? This is an image of the breakdown of Curation Rewards. You can see that after 10 UpVotes the reward is pretty low. So to avoid wasted UpVotes by limiting each ResteemScreenCap comment to no more than 5 "UpVote @UserName" replies.

There is no way to ward off schemers and scammers so do a bit of self-policing to ensure that ONLY sTeaming Minnows Project members receive your UpVote and Reply.
It is easy to tell who is a member by checking to see if they UpVoted the Post AND ReSteemed it AND, attached Proof they ReSteemed in a reply.
This is not a scam.
This is essentially Steem-Training Wheels.
This is a practical application of how the Curation Rewards system works.

Why am I facilitating this project?
I've been Steeming off and on for about 16 moons. While I've been surfing through posts I see a lot of Facebook mentality and not a whole lot of Steem mentality. What I mean by this is, tons and tons of comments, but not a whole bunch of UpVoting. Your curation depends on the interactions you have with other Steemians. I have been asked on Discord a few times what to do and it is these questions that motivated me to make this project.

There is NO GUARANTEE members of Steem and/or members of this Project will follow the rules I have set forth above.
There is NO WAY to avoid schemers and scammers.
The success of this project DEPENDS on Steemians policing themselves.

The purpose of this post is not to illicit true commentary, as most posts should, but, to train minnows on how to curate a post, and also the comments attached to the post.
