Good for you. I read a lot of Mr Money Mustache, but even he wouldn't be able to buy a house on cash (at first). DIY is great, too.

      The more I see this kind of compassion the more I love this platform! I am so thrilled to know that you have had such a huge change in your life papa-pepper. I'm sure you can attest to the fact that making that change has brought you so much more joy. Sharing and community-building is what life is all about.
