Hello everybody!
If you go to the gym, you have certainly noticed that there are many types of peoples so we can find a loud exercisers, exercisers who puts too many weights and exercisers who do not clean up after the sets...
So in today post I want to write about what do I hate the most in the gym!

Peoples who constantly look themself in the mirror
I know that you work on yourself and that when you get that "pump" you look bigger and stronger, but you are the same like you was 2 minutes ago, there is no need to watch yourself in the mirror all time. Even better if you flex and make some faces like you are badass!! Without that you can not go to the gym at all! I'm kidding, you look like a real idiot if you make some badass faces and boxing with air while flexing and watching yourself in the mirror in a full gym.
It is ok to watch yourself while you exercise, that is the point of mirrors in the gym actually...
The people who leave their weights all around
Ok, if you can do 10 more reps with that weight that is really nice! But what about that you make one more and put that weight in their place too?

If you ask me, it would be decent to clean up your mess, but who am I to ask me? It is much easier to leave your mess behind you so someone else needs to clean that, especially if that someone is a woman and you are a gentleman with 120 kg who just lifted 130 kg on a bench and that poor woman need to take that off.
People who scream while practicing
Breathing is very important while you lift the weights. But is it really necessary to scream instead to simply breath out? Most of the "screamers" say that they are stronger if they scream while they lift heavy. So, guys, there is no need to train hard anymore, if you want to be stronger, you just need to scream as hard as you can!

If you sweat, put a towel where you lay!
Just imagine that you are going to lay on the bench and you feel something wet... and then you recognize that it is a sweat from another guy. Wonderfully, right?
So, guys, if you sweat a lot, please bring a towel and put it on under your ass or back or whatever.

People who are always on the cellphone while they train
If you came here just to texting or to posting images from the gym, then take a photo and move from the machine becaouse there are more people in the gym who wants to really workout but you just sit there typing on the cellphone.

So that would be some things that I do not like to see in the gym. From my opinion, if there is only several machines and benchs at the gym which are used by let's say hundereds of people daily, I think there need to be some rules, at least in terms of hygiene and kindness to allow others to practice while you rest.

Cell Phones.... Don't talk at the gym (even if you have a hands free device). Or take selfies.
All of the things you listed are pretty obnoxious. For any ladies, I'm sure they'll agree that the guys who hit on girls at the gym is pretty bad too.
