Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Nepal on a two-day tour, during this time he reached the maternal house of Goddess Sita and his historic city Janakpur. Describing the relationship of Janakpur and Ayodhya as unwavering, PM Modi gave a green signal to the bus service for Ayodhya from here. After this he will hold official meetings in Kathmandu. Janakpur is the famous religious place of Nepal, this city is considered to be the capital of Mithila in ancient times. Here were the King-Rani Janak and Sunyaana, who were the parents of Sitaji. This city is famous as the in-laws of Lord Ram. Hindu-Rajput architecture can be seen in the temple structure. This temple was built in 1911 by the queen of Tikamgarh by Tulsidh Tulsidh.

For Janakpur, it is said that before marriage, mother Sita lived in this place. In 1657 a monk got a statue of Sita Mata here. After this Saints Shurakishordas founded the modern Janakpur. It is also recognized that at this place, King Janak had done penance for Shiva-Dhanush.

Modi is the first Prime Minister of India to be worshiped in the Janki temple. Before that, former Indian President Neelam Sanjiva Reddy, Giani Zail Singh and Pranab Mukherjee worshiped Ram-Jaanki temple in the Shodoshopchar method.

PM Modi will visit the Muktidham temple on 12th May. This historic temple is believed to have been associated since the beginning of the universe. It is said that Lord Vishnu was liberated from the curse of Goddess Vrinda, hence it became famous as the liberation dham. According to the Puranas, our earth is divided into 7 parts and 4 regions. The major areas in these four areas are the Free Zone.

The significance of Sri Bhagwan Muktinath and the importance of the free zone can be assessed with the fact that their worship is continuously coming from Vedic times and mythological times. Almost all mythologies, including Upanishad, Brahmsutra, Skand Purana, Varah Purana, Padma Purana, Brahmand Purana, get description of the freezing and Shalgram Archana method.

After Muktadham PM Modi will also visit the Pashupatinath temple. Pashupatinath Temple is located on the banks of the river Bagmiti in the village of Devapatan, three kilometers north-west of Kathmandu, Nepal's capital. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva's animal husbandry. In the list of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, the temple of Lord Pashupatinath is considered the most sacred temple of Shivaji in Nepal. This temple is included in the 8 most sacred places of Hindu religion.

One of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, Pashupatinath Temple is also called half of the Kedarnath temple. Shivalinga is worshiped as the back of the buffalo in the Pashupatinath and the back of the buffalo in Kedarnath.
