Decent Day As I Prep For The Next Days.

The other day went shopping and bought some new clothes, today went swimming and had a lite lunch at a cafe. The fam member is going on another trip, this time not to visit family but for further training in the art form they practice. They will be gone for about a week and a half I think. Then I will enjoy more of a staycation again!!

Staycationing and having the fam travel is good getting through the time of winter. I don't travel much myself. Not much interested and could never afford it. Perhaps I will travel a bit in the future. In the next days I will help the rest of the fam finish up a job. May have some extra staycation time before the other fam friend comes back, maybe not. At any rate will squeeze in some creativity now and then.

I aim to keep de-stressing and expressing more through arts. It's good therapy for me. The support I have gotten here too allows me to continue and do more. I want to keep it all going and adjust my life as it improves. My moods are picking up too. Just have to be careful with it, try not to mood swing too much. Eating this home cooked soup is helping keep me level as well. I know if I maintain and go bit farther all the time I can reach where I haven't been before. While there I can create more interest and excitement. I want to write some songs too and start performing. It's a bit practice up time. I feel good when I learn new things and create some artistic playful energy of some sort.

So now must go to sleepyland as I have to wake up early in the morning to drive the fam to the airport! The adventure continues!
