Decent Day Of Stewing On Life!

in life •  7 years ago

Ahh! Another fairly good day. Played some more guitar, glad to have that as part of my routine lately. Took care of the place here. Cleaned up. Still just trying to survive this cold winter. So I made some really good spaghetti tonight! It was great. I have been making spaghetti for many years as a family dinner.

Have been resting up plenty, having naps. Come to think of it I don't think I have been this relaxed and taken it this easy! This is good for me. Getting more into creativity everyday and gaining up energy. That's good 'cause I always have so much on my mind and have been through allot in life. So I need all the time and energy I get to sort life all out. I just want to continue on the adventure.

Tomorrow I will be a bit more active. I was inside for much of the day today. I will go swimming and be out and about in the city. I wish to gain more skill on guitar so will keep up with the daily practice. Then I will probably go visit my mom in the other city over the weekend. Maybe will see a movie then. In the meantime I'm always brewing up some weird, wild and wonderful ideas. I find myself getting hyper through the day. That's good. Means I can still be super expressive and develop some characters.

It's not even that late but I am tired already. I will have a great sleep tonight! Woohoo! Sometimes that's what I look forward to most - just going to sleep. It's a good meditative, cozy and relaxing time. Must cultivate my mind!! Alright well I'm looking forward to tomorrow on this continuing journey of life!

Well, at least you didn't spend THREE DAYS in a LITERAL "torture chamber" in a third-world country like I did, so count your blessings. That's also the reason why I was late in putting this beauty out : https://steemit.com/art/@transcript-junky/mental-spew-2-rise-up I will go back and read your previous posts from the last week, which I have missed, due to the fact that I was in a third-world torture chamber... I know, it sounds crazy, but is actually true... totally messed up, but good fuel for my writing. Will be writing a post about it at some point in the future. Nice to be able to come back to "normalcy" and see that you (and others) are still plugging away... Keep it up...

Glad you survived and are coming back to "normalcy". I've just been getting by lately posting memes and doing the occasional update. Nothing special really. Practicing up music so that I could have something to present on that end in the near future. It's good I'm having it 'easy' lately lol. I figured I have some of the same symptoms my mom had before she got committed to the loony bin when she gave up and stopped taking care of herself. She had this strange skin condition on her hands and I didn't know what it was. She tried all these ointments and creams and nothing worked. Now 2 years ago I start having a skin condition on my hands. Found out it's psoriasis. It's an inflammatory condition caused by chronic stress and trauma. So now I am taking it as easy as I can to calm down and heal myself from this condition. Not through it completely yet. Music, art, and writing blogs here is a good therapy for that. So even when I think I don't have much to say I still put out whatever I can. Will look at your recent post. Be interested to hear your torture survival story as well. I don't know if I could handle torture cause I might go faint. However if faced with the situation I might toughen up in the heat of the moment.

My seasoned opinion is that your "skin problem" is contributed to significantly by your diet and toxicity of your liver. Most skin conditions begin UPSTREAM as a result of improper digestion AND/OR digestion of foods which are NOT healthy. I have seen some of the food you eat (as you have posted your meals over time). If you were to do a proper liquid fast AND switch to a raw food diet you would likely find some relief. Improper diet is now shown to SIGNIFICANTLY contribute to various commonly labeled "mental" illnesses (including dementia), which would explain the TIMING of your mother's skin condition with her "nervous breakdown". Omega-3 oil supplementation has been used in prison, where it was shown to SIGNIFICANTLY reduce violence and other social deviancy in inmates. I would recommend you do some research on this and experiment with some detox diets...
