Hey All! Doing Fairly Well Today!

Recovered, napped. Now I'm moving and grooving. Trying to keep that inflammation at bay. The psychological trip that effected my hands, gave me psoriasis. This is the year 2 anniversary of this disease since march. I intent to heal my mind, body and soul and recover from it by the end of this month. You stand up and say in life enough is enough and too much is too much. Much of the strain was from feeling overwhelmed and not having much time or place for self expression. Blogging on steemit has been a huge part of this self expressive healing. In many ways I don't care about the price of steem or the trolls on the trending page. I've got more to express, more songs to write. I'm not worried at all.

I make my digital cave art as artifacts for others to find. The writing on the digitized walls. Everything put out here is a kind of graffiti. Not spam or scam graffiti. More of cultural self expression to be seen, deconstructed, deciphered, to be understood to inspire to create new arts.

Everyday I feel like another person. More new and improved. Shaking all the sillies out. All the tensions to be resolved, gotten through. The communication wasn't difficult although many were silent in proximity. They had a chance to attempt communication instead of being in a socially isolated loop.

These are just words again from the brain to get jump started. Been slow now to get rather cathartic. It's too quiet, time to get a little rowdy out there. Stir things up a little bit. Give them some food for thought. How about this problem to chomp on to provide as a better distraction than all those gossip pit other distractions. Gauge your and everyones reaction, find your own traction to get though the hyped up distractions.
