Wind Down The Day Post

Interesting May Day. Went and got some work done, got contacted by a friend who hasn't been around in a few months, a musician friend! Left work at a reasonable time to go to the music pub to talk stage clean up. Worked well, plan on going there tomorrow at 3 before it opens to start organizing some stuff. Tomorrow is the open mic night there again, texted some music pals including the one that just got back to possibly play something. There is a lack of performers lately. I think cleaning the stage up will make it more inviting for sure.

I feel some urgency to learn and make some sounds and songs. That would help me host the open mic gig, I will be getting some sort of payment for my efforts. It's all great. I brought my keyboard out. Practiced for a little while. Although it does take some time to write something out. May not have much for too tomorrow night, will stay at it. Hopefully some people can show up so I can get busy running the booth and stage. Good for me to gain some experience.

I'm gaining the right kinda determination right now. Feel the projects happening, just takes that start of getting into it and using what's available. I'm glad I'm remembering all my past memories and emotions, there are some characters/stories there to draw from, also the overall vibe of today gives plenty material to write about, just give it that twist! Okay good, I'm grabbing an instrument whenever I can, building up the work station. I'm reading more lately too. I like that I don't have anything else to talk about except I feel I'm coming along fine!!

So now, yay! I get to go to the dream world via the sleep realm!! I will process the life experience. Came up with a funny lyric tonight - "they're going down but not in history". Sure I could fit that somewhere. In these modern times people treat history by the wars. To me me war is going down but not in history 'cause it is a triviality! No more tragedy, for now it can only be thought of as an absolute travesty! Glad today felt like an alright day, still know and remember the life slog, yet always realized there is something more. I'm not really poor, rich in ideas and passions, beyond monetary value ideology. Alright now the good sleepy bed time!
