Can successes be evil, if success is based on what you do to reach your goal?? Let's say you did something that you weren't particular proud of to achieve your goal. That may have caused discomfort for others is it evil. Example a Whealthy drug dealer that made all of profit by selling drugs that ruin other people life. Is that an evil success???

Success should be on the benefit of the entire society. If your goals are to grown and on the benefits of yourself and for others that success cannot be taken away at any means.

Success is relative, evil isn't. Success is merely acheiving a goal, so it is morally neutral. The goal itself can be good or evil, or morally neutral.
Examples:
Your actions taken in order to achieve your goal can be good, evil, or morally neutral as well.
In your example, the drug dealer's goal was to be wealthy. (implicit in your statement) He achieved success in that goal by selling drugs tha ruin other people's lives. (morally evil) He has achieved success in his goal, which is morally neutral, by doing something morally evil.
