JWas in this same boat 2015. Then i was jobless and of marriageable age. My family pressured me also the society. I overcame was by moving with positive minded people who believed in me. Avoiding of negative people helps too. Also avoid being alone. Stay with friends, and go out more often. Be busy

    Yes I have pruned my life, so for the most part I am surrounded by positive and non toxic people.
