There is no one course that you can do or a long term aim that you can have that'll get you the success you are looking for.
That is the trap we all fall in.
No matter what you want, be it money, power or fame, keep aiming for short term goals and evaluate them everyday.
Don't be afraid of what you want to do, but don't bank on it too much as well. Find what you really want to do and dip your feet in it. See if you like it, you're good at it and if you wanna do it for long. Giving up shouldn't be an option because it's tough, it should only be an option if it's not something you like.
That is how you'll be able to get what you want.
