In some aspects, social network or media services seem to effectively transform their users into just self-talkîng loudspeakers that basically don't (or can't ?) figure out who are their listeners. A given user/loudspeaker is a kind of magazine that is just a speaking thing put on a shelf waiting for 'buyers', who treat such a user/loudspeaker as a thing, and vice versa for everybody.
Make sense? I'm not sure.
One more question. Then, what kind of loudspeakers are the users of Steemit becoming? Yes, self-earning loudspeakers, with everything else being the same. Reified speakers without real listeners who can make real relationships. Make sense? Or just forget it.
