Sportbike Ride to a Meetup with PIP Rear View

in life •  6 years ago

This is a blog about impulse decisions and where they can lead you. This road isn't very twisty in this section but must be traveled to get to the great curvy parts. Enjoy the following video of our ride and watch to the end.

Hahahahaha! Had we gone another way, or even later then this meetup would never have happened. We made the wrong choice in choosing a route this day. Seeing this usually makes our butts pucker for awhile. Then we take action by speeding up and even changing our route and direction to go a different way. By the time the guy turns around we will be far enough away that he would never catch up. They always call ahead to another unit so is why we change direction. Then we go back to enjoying ourselves and the ride. Thanks for watching and enjoy your ride!

I'm surprised the law doesn't lay in wait. But I guess catching you would be extremely difficult.

They used to but not much anymore. A high speed car chasing a bike endangers the public and other car drivers and for what, to give a speeding ticket. It is all about safety right? I am not saying all speeding is ok but rather what can be safely done on a bike versus a car are two different things.

What's this about butts puckering? TR's ears just perked up...

Hahahaha Joy, I bet they did!!! 😃

COOL BEANS

Thanks Jessie! I thought it is cool cabbage you have now and not beans. 😃

Stuck in 3rd gear? ;o)

Must be, cause not enough straight road length for 4th gear.

A minute earlier and you would have got nailed for crossing the double yellow....

Dan, wouldn't have passed if it wasn't clear for as long as it takes for a bike to pass. Bike can pass in less than a second, isn't as wide and can even 'lane split'.

Glad he didn't get caught!

They don't even try anymore. Is against rules, laws to start a high speed chase with a sportbike. Especially going the other way cause by the time he turned around the bike would be gone.
