I work as a swimming teacher at the "Galician Brotherhood" (Hermandad gallega) at Caracas, Venezuela.
Honestly i love my job, i love being outdoors and the fact that i'm able to spread my knowledge to the upcoming generations.
Here i am with the little ones, from 6 to 8 years old.
This is the same group but just other day.
I work with my mom!, she was an athlete in the old days, part of the swimming National Team for 10 straight years.
Even in the rain we train, no breaks.
Some ground training, we need to have those muscles ready!
Determination and focus are really important.
But watching them smile after winning a medal or beating a mark is the most gratifying thing ever.
It is hard but success is right there, we just need to reach it with one more stroke.
Looks like you get to help out a lot of people. I bet it will be a very rewarding job!! :)

It's actually really hard. We stopped training for 3 straight weeks because of the lack of quimic products for it maintenance. Some kids can't afford some equipment so we have to improvised. We missed some trainings because of the protests but man, this is the only windows that they have for a better. For getting some scholarship outside so we do what we can.
