Two years ago I moved with my boyfriend, all was good, we had fun, stay awake until late, we did what we want, always we lost the nights talking and ganging out with friends , we had a chaotic life and this is why we started to get fat. In this years I put approximately 20 kg (40 pounds) besides that I felt like a pig, slowly I realized that I was really tired and lifeless. 6 months ago I said STOP! This isn't me, I didn't eat at night before, and I wasn't dependent on fast food, McDonald's, pizza, and other unhealthy foods and besides that I had a lot of soda, and that's why I started with this, with food.
