I literally just woke up from a 20-minute power nap & I feel ready to start my day again even though it's 6 p.m.
I know this may sound kind of crazy to some of you and well, to be honest, I used to be one of you skeptical ones out there.
I never used to rest during the day, not even when I was younger and had the time and especially not the last years that I am in the process of scaling my company. In fact, I used to believe that sleeping for 5 hours at night was enough for me.
No wonder I wake up with a strong headache so frequently. But not anymore...
